J. Swift
is Vice President Business Development as well as a Director and General
Counsel for the Corporation. Mr. Swift has been fundamentally involved in

Intelligence Corporation and early financing. Mr. Swift has extensive experience with start-up companies, the
commercialization of intellectual property, and the negotiation and formation of strategic
alliances. Currently he is a Director of several publicly-traded and privately-owned

Slovic, Ph.D., is
President of Decision Research (a research institute in Eugene, Oregon), and a member of
the Corporation’s Scientific Advisory Board. Dr. Slovic is an international authority
on judgment and measurement in psychology, with particular expertise in the field of
affect (emotion). Dr. Slovic is a distinguished fellow of the American Psychological
Association, a charter fellow of the American Psychological Society, and a fellow of the
